The Exact Moment The Cymbal Crashes
There’s hardly any information about Mayor Daley, the only information I have is that the band is named after the current mayor of Chicago, Mayor Richard Daley. I’m not going to say much more, you’ll just have to download the tracks below and listen for yourself. The first two songs are from the band’s 2008 self titled cassette EP, the second two are taken from the band’s Warm & Dry cd-r. Both were released on Chicago’s Hardscrabble Amateurs cassette label.

awesome, i’ve been meaning to check these guys out. megan of u.s. girls recommended these guys as one of the best DIY bands in chicago in an interview i did with her recently. which was hand,y it doesn’t seem like there’s a huge amount of DIY in chicago getting press as far as i could tell
